We produce all of our products in a shared commercial facility, therefore we are unable to guarantee that our products have zero contact with peanuts or tree nuts.   • When will my order ship?
    In general, all orders placed before 11:59 PM EST on Sunday will ship the following week on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Shipping and tracking information will be sent out via email once your order has dispatched from our facility. Once your order has shipped out of our facility it is now in the carrier's hands. Please keep a close eye on tracking and plan accordingly. We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. Please make sure to enter in the correct shipping address as our product is perishable and there are no refunds if you got the address wrong. Feel free to email info@thetipsbaker.shop with any additional questions (after reading the rest of the FAQ, of course) There is a possibility your order will ship earlier than expected so please use an address in which the package can be received at any time.
  • How long with my desserts stay fresh?
    For optimal quality, we suggest consuming our products promptly, as we use fresh ingredients. If you plan to enjoy them at a later time, we recommend storing them in an airtight bag or container. You have the option to store them in your refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for three months. Just remember to allow them to return to room temperature before indulging in their deliciousness.
  • Damage & Issues
    All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, with the exception of broken or damaged shipping items in accordance with our Shipping Guarantee. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not discard the packaging, and be sure to take pictures so we may submit a claim with the carrier. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues.
